They came in to level the floors in my 1968 home after we discovered some less than ideal construction. They didn't come with the proper equipment to finish the job. I had to go buy a 20 ton jack to avoid them driving an hour both ways back to their storage unit to get what they forgot. My house has a drop ceiling in the basement that they removed completely to finish their work and refuse to reinstall. They took advantage of me being out of town and said the job was done. They failed to install 4 needed joist hangers in one room and used 90° brackets instead of hangers in the hallway. They don’t even deserve a star for the quality of work they do. The house crawl space repair isn’t even a repair. I will never do business with you. Repairs stop before the sill plate in the crawl space. Please do a home inspection.

Honest and amazing quality work done at a fraction of the price of some of the other contractors in the area. I used them for a carbon fiber reinforcement in a basement, and was on a timeline before a sale closing date. Brett Pace, Johnny, and the crew did a superb job repairing the foundation in the crawl space of our 120-year-old-home. They addressed issues identified by inspectors but also fixed things they discovered themselves as foundation experts. They gave a fair price for the job and didn't charge for the additional work they did. Superb, thorough, conscientious work, using excellent materials and craftsmanship. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We moved into a new home knowing of some foundation issues (moved in 11/29/21) Pace came out a few days after closing to begin repairs, the man who was doing the repairs was very unhappy that there was drywall on half of the wall and said that it wasn't in the estimate anywhere. After removing the drywall he informed me that I should have the engineer back out to look at the wall again before moving forward, so I did. He was correct that the wall was worse than the engineer thought originally and he came up with a new estimate. They came back and halfway completed the job but have had to wait to finish due to the steel reinforcement now needed being shipped.
