Pace Heating & Air

I gave them a 4 on the install they did on a mini split I had ordered. It was not the brand they would usually install. Not quite 2 years later it quit working during the January cold snap. They came out and changed 2 boards ( auxiliary and mother) that did not fix the problem. Keep in mind the only thing they are responsible for is the install which worked fine up until the cold snap. They kind of left me hanging bc I didn't know if they were coming back. They didn't and I never got a call telling me that they couldn't fix it.

If you are looking for honest, informative and all around good people to do the work this is the company. They worked on my system a while back and explained everything to me. Even how to take care of the system to avoid future problems. They have a busy schedule but when they get to the job you can have confidence that it is done right and not rushed. The price is fair also.

Great service. They replaced both of my old units quickly and completed the work and cleaned up everything in a very timely manner. Honest and they explain everything that you may have questions about. Really nice group of people. I highly recommend them.
