Paces Restoration

My grandmother recently had a flood in her home and didn’t know where to start. Paces Restoration was incredible from the very beginning; they handled everything with professionalism and care. I live out of state, but their team kept me informed every step of the way and made sure my grandmother and her home were taken care of. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their honesty, expertise, and compassion. I highly recommend Paces Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage or any type of home restoration.

Keri was professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. I have a garage leak. Two companies prior to Paces Restoration had come to my home for assessment. Paces Restoration sent Keri, for which I am very thankful. After her initial assessment when she found the actual problem, she discussed with me what needed to be done. Up on her return she reviewed the issue with me and went to work. Before opening the ceiling Keri protected the items in my garage by covering them with plastic. Once the ceiling was opened she brought me out to see the damage. Once finished, she covered the open area, cleaned the work area, and took the trash with her for disposal.
