Bill did the initial estimates and helped us decide what we could/should do with the remodel without any pressure or persuasion to take on more than we could handle. Our previous homeowner had a woodshop attached to the garage of our home.  We had Pachota do a total renovation of the space into a bedroom and bathroom.  They also knocked a passthrough into our family room wall and created a small hallway to join the space to the main house. Pachota Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen which involved completely gutting it down to the studs, removing soffits/ceiling, and installing a beam in the ceiling which was previously sagging. They made my whole kitchen vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is impeccable and we are continuously getting compliments about how great it looks. We hired Pachota to remodel our bathroom and they did an AWESOME job!! The project was managed wonderfully. Bill and his son Matthew did a great job from beginning to end. They pay close attention to detail and go the extra mile. All the contractors that performed worked were excellent and did a great job. Ashley in the office was awesome to deal with.
