The owner, responded quickly even thought it was late on a Friday. By Monday, I had a confirmed appointment with a technician for an installation on Tuesday afternoon -- all during a heat wave. The technician did a great job at a reasonable price and He was extremely professional and helpful in supplying me with the insurance documentation that I needed for my building.

Called this company early in the morning and was able to set up an appointment for same day in the afternoon. The technician showed up on time and had all the right tools with him. Definitely a big plus that these guys come prepared and professional. He got to work right away on our roof and had our air conditioner fixed before he left... Thanks again Hector!

Pacific AC & Heating became my go-to service for heating, AC and gas fireplace service since they first fixed the installation of AC done by another company. He was able to determine and resolve the problem where others could not. Since then Pacific AC & Heating team have serviced my furnace, AC and fireplace exclusively. He is fair, balanced and honest in his assessments and his prices are very competitive.

Job well done i had a freon leak in my air conditioner Jose diagnosed the issue, his final recommendation was to replace my system i got a few bids not only was his bid a few hundred dollars more but his was the only bid that included city permits. That was a plus, other companies bids ommited the need for permits. For that reason i recommend this company to anyone that needs a new system.

Pacific AC & Heating has come out to my place for maintenance and repairs on two occasions and both times they have fixed the issue with no fuss. Very professional and sound work. The first time was an emergency and they came out on a Sunday. Very happy with the service.
