We had a CO leak and were told we needed a new furnace, the first company we spoke with was drastically overcharged. We called Shane, he sent out Ray who diagnosed and confirmed we did need a new furnace in the same day. They were affordable, incredibly knowledgeable, fast, efficient and incredibly kind. Shane and Ray provided phenomenal service for a very reasonable price. My AC had a leak in the pipes in my finished ceiling basement so Ray helped route a new line and scrapped the existing line in order to do to the least damage possible. We decided to move my AC unit to a different side of the house too and he did a great job hiding all the pipes along my furnace line so it's not even visible in the room. We had a great experience using Pacific Air Inc! Shane and Joel were amazing to work with. Easy communication, helpful information, quick responses and cost effective. We learned that our heating duct wasn't actually connected and that a several years old water leak had caused the duct and return to rust. Within 24hr of us reaching out they were able to come out assess the damage, make recommendations and start resolving the issue. I would absolutely recommend them for all your heating + more needs!
