Pacific Carpet Care

My experience with the carpet technician was fantastic. The carpets looked great after he was done. But after everything dried I noticed many of the stains came back. But that wasn't the problem. It was how the woman whom I spoke to on the phone afterwards treated me. She was appallingly rude and literally hung up on me. I'm still in shock at how terrible her customer service (and listening) skills were. Full story below. When stains come back after a cleaning it's called "wicking." I had “pacific Carpet Care” cleaned my 2 very expensive are rugs. I couldn’t believe the results. The rugs looked like brand new. I also had them clean my wall to wall carpet in my entire house and “Pacific“ caused a miracle! The lady who answered the phone was very friendly , knowledgeable and very professional. Pacific Carpet Care repaired an inferior carpet installation from another company. The carpet had to be stretched across the rooms because it was coming up into small mountain shapes in the middle and bloated all around the edges. Yoram, the owner and 2 technicians came to work on it. They made it all look perfect. They were friendly, kind and efficient. I am very particular about our home and grateful for a job well done. I highly recommend this company for all your floor needs including grout cleaning of stone floors, carpet cleaning and repairs.

They did and astounding job getting our home carpets cleaned in an efficient time. They came in and took good care of our rug as well. If you need your rugs or carpets cleaned, Pacific Carpet Care does a great job. I highly recommend them one hundred percent!

Very professional, they arrived within the scheduled timeframe and conducted themselves professionally and were very nice and helpful with all my questions. They did a great job cleaning my wall to wall carpets as well as my Persian area rug. Overall I will be returning to Pacific Carpet Care for my future cleaning needs.
