We have cleaned close to 30 projects for Pacific Construction to make them brand new right before their clients move in. Although we have not been their client directly, seeing how their projects are maintained from start to finish tells a lot. The delivery of their craftsmanship is excellent. Unlike some other contractors we've worked for, they do not try to hide major flaws or defects toward the end of the project. If we point something out that needs fixing while we clean, they are on the phone immediately contacting the trade to make sure correct. Subcontracting for this GC is a nightmare all their PM’s are bitter women with only one goal; back charge you and get kick back deals. Don’t bid their projects and touch anything with PAC- Construction on it. Save yourself the headache and arguments. This GC is only looking to make money at the expense of their subs.

I wish I went with a different builder. Lots of quality problems and how they handled them was terribly irresponsible, unethical and horrible. I highly recommend not using them. Nightmare experience.
