Horrible customer service. Almost as if I was bothering her. I offered to pay an extra $1k for emergency oil. She said she would’ve come to a Long Island town literally right next to me (in queens) but not to my house no matter how much extra I paid. Seems like horrible business practice l.. even more horrible when they could’ve got tone of their drivers an extra $500 for coming out like I offered.

I personally know the owner he’s a very hard working kind man and gets the job done and right

Pacific Fuel Oil is the absolute best. I have been with this family-owned business since soon after we bought our house many years ago. Pacific Fuel did all the work for our new burner and boiler and have been servicing us ever since. Always delightful to speak with on the phone, always super prompt, super polite, and always able to address our concerns. When our pipes froze and burst it was Pacific Fuel I called because I knew they would be able to help direct me to other professionals who are on par with the always superb service and fair pricing I am used to with Pacific Fuel. In my emergency I felt Pacific Fuel was looking out for me. I am greatly appreciative. You can't find nicer, kinder, more caring people. Thank goodness for Pacific Fuel.

I was a customer of their's for many years before converting. Extremely friendly staff who cares for their customers. Quick to return calls on the weekend and to respond to emergencies. Delivery is quick when needed Pricing is fair. Would recommend them without question to anybody in need of a good delivery and service company.

I spoke with a female representative this afternoon. After looking this company up and knowing they are a family owned business I wanted to give them my business. She instead said to go elsewhere, they cant provide oil over the weekend and call a competing oil company. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but her customer service skills are awful. Good luck with that nasty attitude!
