How disappointing! I read a bunch of really good reviews, and when I called the phone just rang and rang. Then my other line rang, so I clicked over. It was somebody from a call center calling me back to see what I wanted from "Pacific garage door repair". When I told them I was looking for an estimate over the phone she told me that I can only make an appointment for an estimate and when I started to say I was hoping I could get an estimate over the phone she just hung up on me. 0 stars if possible. Note to business owner: Call centers are trash. Spend the extra money and actually hire an individual to pick up your phone. Personal touch matters!!! I will never hire a home service company that has a call center pick up their phones.
