Mark is awesome! He fixed my pump problem in less than two hours. He is very informative when it regards to my water pump function and maintenance needed. He is very honest, price of the service is very reasonable. I will surely hire him again without a doubt.

I was deployed late last year when my wife had a well pump problem and PNW were the only ones to get out to look at and fix it. The wife was very pleased with the immediate call back, next day arrival, professionalism and willingness to explain and show her what was wrong. Fat forward to late yesterday afternoon and our well stops working. We immediately called PNW again and get a prompt response and after some phone tag (my fault) get an appointment for the next morning. Gary showed on time and ready to work. He got the problem diagnosed quickly and presented options. After I decided to go with a brand new tank he got on the removal and install and in a few hours had a job complete I had expected to take far longer. He even hauled away the old tank. No need for us to use another

Mark returned my call within five minutes and was at my house within 5 hours despite having two other jobs before me. He repaired our pump and the price was very reasonable. It was a holiday and we had no water. Our house was built in the late 20's so Mark had to wade through a flooded field to get to our pump house. He handled it perfectly. I called Mark a handful of months ago because his business card was on my water softener tank from the previous home owner and I thought I needed my system repaired or replaced. Mark came out and took a look and let me know that I’m actually just a ding-dong and needed to add salt to the tank (😂). He told me what to do, and told me to call him if adding salt didn’t fix my issue. On his way out he noticed that my well pump switch was missing its cover and ran out to his van and grabbed one for me and put it on. When I asked what I owed him he told me just to call him if there’s still an issue after adding salt! Which there wasn’t! Highly recommend PNW Pump. A little under 2 years ago we had them replace our well pressure tank. They did a great job, even cleaned up mold from the previous tank. I recently noticed a small leak in the piping (I don’t think this was a result of poor installation). We scheduled a time for them to come out, they came right on time. The leak was repaired quickly, and they didn’t even charge for the repair since they did the initial install. They stand by there work!
