We recently had a new pool installed and chose Pacific based on the feedback of several friends who had past experiences with them. We had nothing but great experiences at each stage of the process. Vince met with us at our home to discuss our options and expectations. The installation crew were fantastic. Respectful and polite. The cleaned up the worksite every evening before leaving. Gunner took time to answer questions and make recommendations through the build process. The plumber, the electrician and the concrete crews were also exemplary in their work. After the pool was installed we worked with Michael for "Pool School". He answered all of our questions and more. Helped with all the automation and made multiple trips back to make sure everything was operating as expected.

We've been customers for several years and have been happy with the service (opening, closing, water testing, etc.), but this weekend the staff at Pacific really saved the day! We had a serious water quality issue and a pool party to host less than 48 hours later, and the ladies on staff knew exactly what to do. We took home the recommended products, they told us how much and when to apply them, and we were able to get all of the water quality specs within range in time for our gathering! We purchased our pool last fall, 9 months ago. I was waiting to review it until after we got to use it for a couple months. We decided to go with a fiberglass one with a sun shelf. We are very happy with the pool and our decision to get one. Definitely get the spa also with the pool, it’s key to cooler nights. Pacific put the pool in quickly and has been accommodating to our needs as we opened it this spring.
