Hired them for a roof leak. Guy walked around for 2 hours and sent a crappy email saying he can't fix it and to call HVAC. Keep in mind these clowns claim to do HVAC. called another HVAC company - - they say it's the roof. Called a better roofing company and they found the p oblema and fixed it. How are these people even in business?

We have previously utilized the services of Pacific Sheet Metal over many years for gutter and HVAC work and always had terrific service and results. We recently needed a roof repair and had the same great experience from beginning to end. After making the initial call, Oulie arrived to inspect the roof and provided many detailed photos and explanations for the work that was required. Thereafter, we received a very detailed proposal explaining the costs involved. After authorizing and scheduling the repair with office staff including Mindy, all the repairs were performed by Ron and his assistant in a professional manner. Have used Pacific a couple times for my mini split having an odd smell and a drop coming down. Girls who answer phone are very pleasant and techs that came out were polite and professional. Would highly recommend.

We live in Marble where our snow load is pretty....severe. To help shed the snow off our roof without ice dams building up they installed heat tape for us along the edge of our roof. The last couple years we've had above average snowfall and the tape has done it's job, but through no fault of Pacific the sheer weight of the snow keeps peeling the tape off the roof in late winter/early spring when the snow is heavy and wet. Every time I've needed them for service (to re-attach the tape) they've been incredibly responsive and professional, and their warranty has covered all work so far. Giving them 5 stars for providing excellent customer service- a rarity these days!!
