Had a great experience working with the folks from Pacific West Roofing, from start to finish. Got a detailed, clear estimate and all my questions were answered very patiently and multiple times thru texts during the install. The installers were awesome and were here at 7:30 every day. It took about 6 days to finish the roof install inlcuding few facia board replacements. They were not the cheapest but were very competitive and am really happy with the experience and the job

I recently had the opportunity to work with Pacific West Roofing on a home that needed a full walk deck rebuild over the garage, along with some soffit repairs. I did a lot of research when looking for a roofer. I had storm dmg so I wasn’t sure if I needed to call a gutter or a roofing company. I discovered that if I didn’t know EXACTLY what was going on, no one wanted to come out. I got a hold of Jess at Pacific West Roofing and she was VERY helpful. She gave me advice and had genuine concern for my issue. Jess said she would get Stan (one of the owners) to come out to see what was going on. Stan came out and was so extremely helpful. He didn’t try to sell me something I DIDNT need. He was very honest, helpful and gave me wonderful advice. They are a classy, kind, HONEST genuine group of people who treat you like your family. Very prompt and courteous company. I called them about my problem, and the next day Brian Jarvis came to inspect the roof and found the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional and recommended a repair person.Then, the next day it was repaired! Also, a drywall person was referred to me. This is an awesome service, and I would use them again!

Reed and Pacific West Roofing are excellent. I enjoyed working with Reed as he was very knowledgeable and responsive. This company works hard to deliver top-notch service. I will be calling them for any work needed in the future.
