1st off we LOVE the Design and FINALLY finished Kitchen! Why only a 3 Stars? The Process was not up to par. Packard prides itself on quality and craftsmanship. If only the management, particularly Local Project Management, of the project was as good as the outcome. The owner, only cares about the finished product, leaving the customer often to be left wondering. Time management, having wrong parts and pieces delivered and often not cleaning up all add up to a 3. The finished product is Lovely. We suggest using SowRay or another local contractor to be the 1st place you go so that the Project Management is Local. Then have them use Packard as the Designer and Cabinet source. AGAIN LOVE THE KITCHEN, not the process !

We lucked out at Packard in Mebane NC!! Beck Karges, Manager, is the best in helping us to renovate our kitchen. He came up with a great design, cabinet color ideas and more. And, he came to our home to get an even better idea. So patient and knowledgeable - as I said we lucked out! Can't wait for the install

Great people to deal with. Was pleased with their professionalism, creative help, their responsiveness and their support. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. The service provided was a reconstruct of the kitchen that included a new counter and a cabinet configuration.

We recently gut renovated our home, and couldn't be happier with the way our custom cabinetry from Packard came out. We worked with Rae, who was so thoughtful in her designs, and we are so happy with the beautiful and functional layout of our new kitchen! The quality of the cabinets are top notch, and Packard's service and responsiveness have been excellent as well. They went above and beyond to make sure that the project was done right, through to the end of the job. We also worked with Packard on our laundry room cabinets and mudroom cubbies / shelving using another of their lines that offered good value and great custom quality as well. We would recommend Packard for any custom cabinetry needs!

We had a poorly laid out kitchen and we really needed additional storage so we met with Eric from A&S Home Improvement who directed us to Packard and we met with Brodie who was not only extremely knowledgeable but he was a delight to work with. We met several times to pick out the right finish and color for our cabinets and he came to the house to review our storage needs and made excellent suggestions to maximize our storage. Additionally, Kevin coordinated the delivery of the cabinets and kept us informed as to the timing of the project and Bill did a superb job with the installation.
