Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!!! Do not ever use them! Had our furnace installed by them 5 years ago. Went out in January 2025. Took 4 days to get it running, not repaired. They could not get parts for a furnace they sold so proceeded to use parts from multiple different units. It was a mess but got us through until December 2025. We had called numerous times this summer concerned with what they left us and never got a call back. Fast forward to December and it went out again. The repair man took one look and refused to work on it. They were to order all new parts and rebuild it. 6 days later, multiple calls placed by us and no returned calls from them we had no choice but to get a new one and not from Packerland!!!!! I have been calling here since I found them. Every time they were here promptly and made the needed repairs. Billing has been very fair. I have not been surprised at all when I received my bill. Always upfront and have had the parts on-hand to make the repairs. I have had 2 separate service calls that were under $200. They also installed my furnace and thermostat. All reasonable and fast. I HIGHLY recommend there service.

If you’re ever in the unfortunate position of having your furnace die in the middle of winter like we were, give this place a call. The techs were awesome, Allie in the office was amazing and the service was faster than we expected. The price was also lower than what we thought it would be, especially considering this was essentially an after hours call. Very highly recommended!!

Terrible install. Took shortcuts. Installed the ac unit backwards, had wires exposed. Dripped oil on our carpet. When the manager came with another guy to address our issues we expected him to apologize, express that it was not an acceptable install job and not stand behind the terrible work. Instead he made excuses. Very disappointed and feeling uneasy about the shortcuts that may have been taken in the places we can't see. Not a good feeling when you're spending over 4k. The guy who fixed the issues did seem to know what he was doing. Unfortunately that's the gamble you take if you hire this company, you may get him the first time or him the second, after the first guys mess it up. 2 stars instead of 1 because they fixed the issues. Would have given 3 stars if they would have offered us

Fantastic people! Allie was wonderful and helpful with scheduling the crew. She said they would be here at 8 and they were here at 8. The guys installing the new air conditioner were kind, considerate and very respectful. We highly recommend them.
