An a/c & heating unit was installed by this guy - called & texted a gazillion times because the HVAC places I call said the entire u it should be on warranty since so I need to use whoever initially installed it. I mean this guy really has no sense of customer service or how he’s putting people in harms way w/o any air or heat. Rn it’s 30 degrees in the house and still no response - BUT I could see he’s reading my messages on WhatsApp

Avoid these guys once installed they will never come back to fix if any issue arise. My unit was unbalanced and draining pan was overfilling since won’t actually drain all water coming out and wetting floor have to pay another company to came and fix it

These guys are the absolute worst. Multiple promises to come fix a bad unit that I paid for in full. Now they don't even call back. Can't believe they're still in business. Stay far away!!!

Jorge Padilla NEVER completed the job he was hired for. I have been contacting him since June 2021. He was paid in full (I have a receipt). Stay away and use another company.
