They will show up and cut the lawn, as scheduled. Unless it gets rainy and busy in summer. Then it's hit and miss. The plants they sell are expensive and don't often live long. The office staff isn't polite about mistakes workers make in the yard and are often rude or unresponsive. But the yard workers are very nice.

This company was awarded a contract with Pasco County to lay sod where the county had to dig up failing storm water pipes. The first time they came out, they laid sod with dead grass, and the county complained before the residents even had a chance to. When they came out and relayed sod in my yard, they left patches of dead sod at the perimeter of what they replaced. I emailed the county and let them know of the second inferior job that they had performed. The county emailed them and let them know to come out and fix the error on March 17. Today is March 24 and no action has been taken. I'm seriously hoping that they lose their contract with Pasco County so another contractor who actually takes pride in their work might be able to do a better job for future residents in similar situations

I personally never used this company don't know anyone who works there but I am giving one star because their employees have the audacity to leave uncut grass along properly lines but then think it's okay to mow a path into a property so that they can use it for storage purposes.

Great place and very helpful. Although they didn’t have the ground cover we needed, they referred us to a great place who did. They have a great selection of large plants and trees . We will be back to purchase trees .

Truck drivers are continuing to drive on private roads after being told to stop. Running people off the road. Company will not take responsibility for their drivers. Don't work with a company that doesn't respect people's property.
