Pagoda Pools

I have used Pagoda for years Pete is always great! He has helped me with all my pool supplies for years. He Most recently sent out my old pool cover and ordered my new Pool cover, showed me pics during the fabrication process and got it for me in a timely manner in time to close. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this store for 3 years to maintain my pool. I am always greeted with friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They have solved all my pool troubles quickly. They do not sell you more than you need. They recently got me a Hayward Super pump next day and I was up and running again! I would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Pete and his crew did an exceptionally job installing my saltwater system and re-running old pipes for my pool. I can never thank them enough for their professionalism and kindness. I’m a customer for life.

Horrible place and I would not recommend it to any one. They intend to not give instructions on how to use equipment so that it breaks down and they charge you for fixing it. They provide a very poor service and they are never honest with their operations. They make appointments that they cannot stick to and keep telling you lies as to why they were unable to stop by. They are manipulative and unresponsive. Dealing with them is a waste of time and money. Been waiting for them to come and fix the equipment (one year old) they installed for my pool for almost two months. Not a great place and I would recommend looking for a different place. If i had known this before I would not have dealt with them even if they were the only place in staten island that provided pool services. I’M WARNING YO

Pete is a gentleman and his staff are excellent. I’ve been going to Pagoda for years and will continue for years to come because of the great customer service and the fact that he treats all of his customers like family.
