We recently (early July 2024) had the exterior of our house painted. We did a competitive bid process across 4 reputable painting companies in the metropolitan Atlanta area and ended up selecting Paint Etc. to do the work. While they were not the cheapest of the 4, they offered the most value for the price. We are very demanding consumers and know what we want. We wanted our home to be pressure washed with a bleach solution to remove and inhibit mold growth and to prepare the surface for painting; we wanted our plants and our neighbor's plants to be protected during this pressure washing process; we also did not want our windows pressure washed to ensure no seals were broken; we wanted any wood gaps on our home to be filled with elastomeric caulk; we did not want any siding gaps to be cau
