Painting Co.

We were taking bids for our exterior painting of house and Frank Montes Painting was 1 of 4 bids received. He wasn't the cheapest but I like to use smaller companies. They were prompt and courteous upon arrival to give the bid and explained over what they would do. We agreed to their price and work to be done and the painting was scheduled late Feb into March 2018. Unfortunately I work out of Houston for a length of time and wasn't there , and my wife had just gone through ankle surgery recovering in the home while Mr. Montes crew was there doing the job. Less than 2 weeks after work completed seams are now opening up on the siding where they caulked and I was assured this would not happen.
