Painting with a Twist

Chunky knit blanket workshop. Let me preface this with I’ve never crocheted or knitted ANYTHING IN MY LIFE. I went in with ambitious ideas. So I Arrived a little early and had time to ask a few pre class questions. That’s when I met the instructor Blair, amazing. Super kind and welcoming. Class started on time Blair began with instructions. Almost the whole class was comically confused at first. Blair took the time to explain and re explain until the whole class was on board. We worked step by step as she walked around making sure everyone was good to go. What an experience. I went alone but never felt like I was there alone. Me and all my sisters went today and we had the best time. We laughed the entire time. The instructor was great as well. We will be going back.

My group ‘The Sunshine Sparkles’ had the pleasure of being taught by Miss Vickie on Sunday. She’s multitalented for sure! Teacher, comedian, DJ, genuinely just a good person. I enjoyed my experience immensely. Lowkey atmosphere, patience, encouragement. I will be going back… that’s a high complaint from me, I don’t like to leave my house.
