Since Dennis passed away, the service is going downhill. Cesar does not keep his word on appointment dates or times. Says one thing, then never shows up or bothers to call. Service needs to improve overall. Definitely not like before, changing for the worse......

Got the lick on the hatch of my trailer open in less than 10 minutes with no damage to the lock. My jeep!

Service is good, I'll give them that. Some of the workers can be rude, as they believe that they are the only ones that can make keys in town. Logo keys are expensive and cheap, as the logo will not last. So, don't waste your hard earned money on the logo keys.

I was born and raised in Watsonville and I had never been to PV Lock Smith store. Great customer service 10/10. There is parking in the front on the street or in the back. The gentlemen answered all of my question in regard to buying a new key, controller and start up controller. What wasn’t available in the store they have ordered for me for pick up. Definitely will be going here from know on. #shoplocal. I will be sharing with family and friend of this little gem in Watsonville. 🍓

I made a call today and could not talk to the man on the phone. I needed my car door unlocked and he told me he could not do it by appointment. He continued to explain he would call me when he had a truck available. I tried to clarify that I would need a truck driver after 3:15, not by appointment, and would not mind calling him again if need be at 3:15. I would then drive to the store's location to make a copy of the key. However, after being interrupted multiple times, he stated he could not help me and hung up. I do not understand the way this shop operates, but if it was explained clearly along with trying to hear my full request, I would have appreciated it. First impressions mean a lot and this place did not meet my expectations. If allowed, I will update this review later at 3:15
