Terrible experience! The flooring they sold to me and installed in my place of business is popping up everywhere. The adhesive that was sold was expired and no good, yet they wash their hands of the situation and have no interest in making it right. I've called and left messages with people, but no return phone call 3 weeks later. Very overpriced for materials and for work. I would definitely take your business elsewhere. You were notified by both me and the designer and did nothing about it. There was never a water leak. Palas did my flooring , tile and carpet. Excellent service. I get so many compliments on my hard wood floor . The tile in my kitchen is amazing. I wanted a 1950s style kitchen and I got more than I could ever imagine. Very talented. Awesome prices too! Nicole was my rep. She was patient with me as I changing my mind constantly! We ordered flooring for our new office a month before install. Found out the day before floors were to be put down that they didn't have our flooring. Pala completely dropped the ball.
