I just bought my house about two weeks ago andI just had my AC go out the day before making this review. I finally called the morning of this review the phone Attendant was great. Not to mention they sent out a technician named. Teyler I explained to him what I’ve done, and that I needed him to take a look he quickly diagnosed the problem and got my AC up and running at a fair price and within an hour. Not to mention, he also explained what he was doing along with some other preventative measures that could be taken Along with services that they would provide and when to take a look at fixing those.

Excellent service great installation and best price in town .Bodie explained what they were going to do for our a/c installation and his crew that did the installation were very professional. Palatka Heating & Air has been great!! They installed a new unit in August 2024 and came back out to complete some additional work in January 2025. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The price was competitive and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Best AC service around. Friendly staff, quick service, and quality work. Don't go anywhere else or you will be disappointed. Got us up and running the same day that we called! And this is summertime, their busiest season.
