Palisade is always great. With my regular preventative insect control and with any additional services I may request. Tom was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was on time at exactly the time he said he would be there. Finished the job exactly as it was explained to me it would be done and in a reasonable amount of time. Great service.

Julius was amazing! Friendly personality. He checked with me to ensure he got all the areas I was needing treated. He explained some treatments he was doing based on the season. He seem to go above and beyond and was very efficient and thorough with his work.

We had Steve come out and spray our house and he did a phenomenal job. Very personable and super friendly. Would highly recommend for any and all home pest services!!!

Sales reps going door to door either incapable or unwilling to read and adhere to a no soliciting and no trespassing sign posted at the two extremes of a small yard. Not taking no for an answer and then asking for more info to come back and talk to the other resident. Sales representative gave her name as Hannah. Actually said she was surprised we hadn’t had someone offer already as she stood beside a free standing sign telling all sales reps we don’t want what you’re selling. Thanks for the great service, really trust people with poison when they can’t be bothered to read a sign protecting them from danger. Maybe the pretty colors are all they need to feel what’s safe?
