We are back in our home after the Fire. I am so grateful to Palisades Plumbing and specifically to Mario for not only the very responsive service to repair our shower, but to provide care and service the way i remembered it from being a much younger homeowner here in the Palisades. The quality of his work is excellent, his explanations were clear and the prices are quite reasonable. This is a strong message to bring our community back.

I was charged a $75 service fee for a technician to simply look at my toilet and confirm there was a crack. He told me the $75 would be applied toward the $350 installation fee if I installed a new toilet with them. Later, when I called back to proceed, they changed their explanation and said the $350 installation fee was already discounted and the $75 would not be applied. This was completely different from what I was told initially. Very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent and misleading. Make sure you get everything in writing before agreeing to any service.

This experience could not have been any better. Of the half dozen or so plumbing companies with which I had contact about snaking out a stall shower drain, Palisades Plumbing Co. and its staff was a true standout. Courteous, accomodating, on time, professional, and effective--and a very reasonable price.

I highly recommend Palisades Plumbing. They have been my plumbers since the 1980s. The office is very responsive and the plumbers are readily available. They provide excellent service with a smile.

This is the second or, maybe, third time Palisades Plumbing has serviced the house. Mario Martin shows up - has such a "can do" attitude - is super friendly and, as plumbers go, he keeps things pretty darn clean. That speaks volumes as plumbing is such a dirty job! He's knowledgable and professional, too! Kudos Palisades Plumbing - you're def our go to plumber!
