I was not impressed with him arguing with me about what he said. I had legitimate concerns and questions and he acted like I and the other adults in the situation were idiots. He was quick, not cheap but local, and did sort of do what he said he would. He did NOT give any instructions for follow up and then said “I told you…l when I called to tell him we still had a problem. He did come back to spray again but this whole thing could have been a lot easier had he communicated better the first time around. I would not recommend for that reason.

I called to see when someone could come out to take a look at an ongoing annual wasp/hornet problem we have on our front porch. Within 20 minutes from my phone call my house was sprayed for wasps with a seasonal guarantee. After just 24 hours I have yet to see a wasp on my porch. So thankful to be able to use my front door again. Highly recommend!!!

We had John out in early spring to spray for ants. He said if you see ants call and I’ll come out and spray again. We were concerned with the big black ants. We haven’t seen any of those at all. About the second week in June we started see the small sugar ants in the house. John sprayed again and we haven’t seen any ants and we are near the end of July.

I called to report dangerous yellow-jackets that took up a hive just above my front door, threatening my kids having already stung both my wife and I. My call was answered by a live person, local and familiar with the problem. The technician arrived within a couple of hours as promised. His work was done in a few minutes and the bees were gone immediately. Now several weeks later, still no bees! No pressure, no contracts, no bees. We WILL use Paladin again if ever the need arises.
