Palm Avenue Parking Garage

The location is convenient and is easy to find. There are 6 levels. The top level is uncovered. There is an indication at each level how many spaces are available, and you can keep going until you can find a level with an available spot. The parking spots are spacious enough. Pay attention to the exit/one way sign to avoid going around in circles on exiting.

Excellent, easy to maneuver and central location

BE AWARE ********** On September 28, we parked our van and departed on September 29th with the back window destroyed due to VANDALISM. Fortunately, nothing was stolen because we didn't leave anything inside. They had the gates open and were not collecting any payments, perhaps to help its residents due to hurricane Helene that had just happened.

Had lunch here this afternoon, perfect time to visit this place, nightime seems chaotic but lunch is awesome! Food was good but a bit overpriced honestly… Diego was our server, he took good care of us making guacamole and helping with the menu! Definitely will comeback!

I parked car on 2/12/22 for less than an hour. When I went to leave, the payment kiosk could not read my ticket after numerous tries. Kept giving me an error message "could not read ticket". I went to the parking office but there was no one there even tho backpack there. Had to put in Lost Ticket in order to for the gate to go up and I had to pay $23 for an error on their part. This is ridiculous that you have no way to call or reach someone when there is a problem.
