PALM BUILD

I had Joe & Yorman come over today to continue the great work Palm has done so far in removing moisture from a leak throughout my house. Joe was great at both explaining the as-is, work to be done and expected results. Just what you'd expect. Kudos! Looking forward to wrapping everything up just as smoothly.

The team that came out to cap lines to stop a leak in the second floor bathroom and to remove wet Sheetrock were very good. Professional, efficient and cleaned up very well once done. Ethan did a great job explaining everything I needed to know.

These guys are on top of their game came in found The point of moisture and immediately had everything blocked off, covered up taped up wrapped off And had fans up within minutes of arriving. Now it’s an insurance waiting game and these guys are taking care of that as well. They’ve been doing all the talking.

Mr. Cesar Villegas responded to a water damage in our home.in the master bathroom and let us know what to do. He was very concerned and knowledgeable of the damage. Sent their team to do the restoration. Starting by saying that Palm Build is very lucky to have David McGee and Yorman Fuentes on their team! Very professional and efficient! They did an awesome job and treated my property with a lot of respect!! I couldn’t recommend them more!! 7/17: Chase McKinney and Malcom Rivers came to the house 4 days later to remove the equipment. But before doing so they made sure everything was dry and there was no more moisture. They did an awesome check up job. Made sure everything was clean and treated our property with a lot of respect!! You are lucky to have such a nice and professional people

Ceasar is awesome! I appreciate how helpful he has been since our pipe burst and his knowledge of the process of working with the insurance company. This was so stressful until he came and took care of things. Turnkey! And, such a pleasant personality.
