Palm Club Design and Remodeling

We were about to sign with a contractor we found online when a friend told us to call Palm Club first. THANK GOODNESS we did. They reviewed the proposal and found like 10 things that weren't included that definitely should have been. They helped us get proper bids from their contractors instead and the difference was night and day. For our kitchen and bathroom remodel they designed everything, coordinated the materials, and kept checking on the work. Our GC said he loved working with them because everything was so organized.

Bathroom + kitchen remodel was so much easier than I expected! The design presentation at their Jupiter studio was like Christmas morning-we got to see and touch everything before ordering. They coordinated with our contractor (who they recommended and was great btw) and made sure all the materials were there on time. No delays! When we decided to add some extra custom cabinets mid-project they handled that too with a clear change order. Everything was transparent and professional.

As someone who works in real estate I thought I knew what I was getting into with my own home extension but Palm Club still taught me a lot. They understand both the design side and the construction side which is rare. They created architectural drawings that were actually buildable (apparently that's not always the case) and reviewed our GC's proposal to make sure it aligned with their drawings. During construction they did site visits to check the work matched the approved design. Very competent team.

we talked to a few designers and contractors before palm club and nobody really gave us the full picture. palm club sat down and explained the whole process step by step. they designed our kitchen (the cabinets are GORGEOUS) then helped us get bids from their contractor network. once we picked our GC they managed all the materials and finishes. best part was they didnt dissapear after design - they stayed involved the whole time making sure our contractor followed the plans. took 3 months but worth it!!

I've renovated 3 homes before this one and I've never had an experience like working with Palm Club. Usually it's either a designer who disappears after drawings, or a contractor who cuts corners on finishes. Palm Club sits right in the middle - they do serious design work, help you select a good GC at a fair price, and then stay involved to make sure the vision happens. For our whole home remodel they were basically our advocate with the contractor, the material vendors, everyone. Jon's team knows what they're doing.
