I highly recommend Vast Air concepts. The team was very knowledgeable and they were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent HVAC company. Manny was patient with my questions, I can't say enough good things about his work and professionalism. He was also very helpful when I wanted to adjust my orders. Friendly and highly competent folks all around from owner to sales to technician. Excellent isn't a strong enough word…I would give them my highest recommendation. If only Google would allow me to give them 6 stars.

I can’t say enough about Vast Air. I originally had another company come out to find out about my A/C issue and they said I needed a new unit. I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Vast Air. The owner Luis personally came to my home to assess the issue. Come to find out I didn’t need a new unit, I just had a leak in the line. I was able to get the technician to come the next day and now it’s good as new. Thank you Vast Air for your honesty. You definitely saved me $$$$. I have used Vast for air conditioning maintenance for years and knowing that they are reliable and affordable is what keeps me going back. So when my air condition unit was finally on its last leg and wasn’t cooling I reached out to them yet again and they did not disappoint. Luis (owner) sent someone out to do a temporary fix just to keep me cool until they could change out the unit. When it was time to change out the unit, with my luck we had a torrential down pour the entire day but that did not stop them. The guys worked the entire day in and out of the rain to get the job done. I’m so grateful to Manny, Norman, Kareem (the self proclaimed A team), Antwain, Pedro, Luis and one name I’m forgetting. they went above and beyond and were very pleasant to have around. Luis is a true professional. He understands the importance of good customer service. His prices are very reasonable. His crew arrived on time. They worked diligently. They were neat and professional. I had a 2 day job. 2 days is what it took. No issues. A/C was dropped. Pan replaced. Ducts cleaned, vacuumed and sealed. My home smells clean and fresh.
