Mike Williams was extremely thorough and diligent in conducting our home inspection. We had conveyed to him that we wanted to know every safety concern that was assessed as well as any small cosmetic issues that were found. He came prepared by using various tools of his trade: telescoping ladders, H20 temper and flow gauges, thermal heat gauge (FLIR), moisture gauges and additional items that were imperative to have. He undoubtedly did a top-notch and extremely thorough home inspection from top to bottom and checked out the unattached garage.The comprehensive report he provided for us exceeded our high expectations. It included detailed notes with understandable explanations, clear photographs with helpful arrows, and diagrams. He assessed areas I didn’t know needed to be check and found
