UPDATE: 5/8/2025 - It gets worse. On his website his claims to be BBB A+ but is not. And the absolute worst? I had a roofer come to repair Palmer Contracting's work. He said it is normal to paint vents and that mine were not. That it was clear someone fell on one of the vents at roofing time and did not repair it. Then the fireplace...Palmer Contracting broke the siding on the chimney where it meets the roof. They repaired it WITH SHINGLES that they spray painted white to hid the awful workmanship. And we found this fun shingle install. I’ve worked with Alex for several years now, first on my previous home and now on my new house. He successfully handled an insurance claim for my old roof and stood behind his work, even offering a free repair once and charging a very reasonable for another after 10 years. He also helped to file roof warrenty claims agains GAF and negociation. What I appreciate most is his reliability and willingness to go the extra mile — literally! He drove out to my new home twice, once to check if a rigid shingle was repairable, and again to inspect for hail damage.
