If there was a zero star, this company would get it. They were used thru my home warranty company to come take a look at my refrigerator which had quit cooling. They were here for less than 5 mins and told me the compressor was bad. My home warranty company stated it was a 1200 repair and the closed system was not covered under my warranty. So tried to contact this company to come do the repair- tried texting and calling multiple times to no avail. Ended up buying a new fridge and thankfully the place I purchased the new fridge from (highly recommend Preferred Appliance in Summerville btw ) said that’s very rarely the issue on my type of fridge and offered to come out here and take a look at it. Stay away from this guy. Our fridge completely stopped working, so our home owner's insurance put us in touch with this company. Started off good, he contacted within a day asking to come check our fridge out. That was on 08/01/25. He told us the problem and needed three parts to fix. He said he'd rush it since refrigerators are top importance. It took one to two days for insurance to approve and order. On 08/12/25 we reached out to him to ask if he had gotten the parts, he responded and said he was just waiting on one more part. We waited over that weekend and a few days into the next week and I reached out through text and calling and he ignored both. Two days later my husband called him and since he didn't recognize the number he answered. He told him he was still waiting on a part and

Repair for a dishwasher was requested in May 2023 and I still have a broken dishwasher. I finally asked for a refund in July and the company is ignoring me and I don't have a refund. No part was ordered and my dishwasher is still broken. Money back ASAP
