From the very start, Marcia was great with communication, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The cleaning techs arrived right on time and came ready to work. I stepped out with the kids so they could focus, and when I came back, I was so impressed! They did take a bit longer than I expected, but honestly, it had been a while since my last deep clean—and the results were 100% worth it. They hit every spot I asked for and even cleaned and organized my refrigerator at no extra charge! I’ll definitely be using them again for future cleanings. I used this company to clean out a rental property and the communication was great initially. Kevin took a lot of pride in everything. After the cleaning, we had some issues and they ended up sending people out 4 times. This was greatly appreciated but even after that, it still wasn’t clean and after a couple of months being ignored, they offered me the most insulting refund. I countered it and asked for 25% refund and they refused and explained how much they’d lost on the job as if it was my responsibility to mitigate their loss when I didn’t get what I paid for so I reached out to my bank. Finally after 5 long months of back and forth, I got my $600 back through my bank dispute. These photos are from the floor and stove AFTER the 4 cleaning trips.

Still waiting for refund on my overpayment that try assured I would receive. In my opinion there are a lot of other companies out there to choose from.
