This guy's worked through the rain at Dollar Tree today. They even held the door open for my Hubby to enter the store. Top notch dudes!

We needed a unique surfboard shaped glass cut for a new coffee table. The owner and his wife were so friendly and helpful. The staff was professional and came to our home for measurements and created a custom template for us. The glass was ready very quickly. They are conveniently located and great hours. I definitely would recommend them for all your glass needs!

Excellent glass company. They came out quick and completed an estimate on our sliding glass door. It was an unusual size but they had replacement ordered quickly and installed within a week. The install crew was professional and friendly and did a great job. Very pleased with the pricing and the work.

I contracted having glass cut for my cherry end tables. I brought in templates I made for a square top and octagon top. The octagon top was perfect! But the square was cut 2 inches to large. I called to let him know that it was not the right size and needed to bring it back. He got rude with me saying it was my fault because they didn’t make the template. (I could understand if it was too small or the octagon top being my fault but this was a square.) No harm no foul, I was calling to have it fixed. My complaint is not about the miss cut but how I was so rudely treated by the owner and his wife. They were combative when I called and showed up to drop off to have it recutt. I paid $178.10 to have 2 end tables glass tops cut and I feel I should have been offered excellent customer service. N

AMAZING!!! Called first thing in the morning because my sliding glass door was stuck. They came out within a few hours and fixed the door. (Needed new rollers) My boys made tee time with the clubs that were on the balcony. Couldn’t have gone if Palmetto didn’t save the day! Works like a charm! Many thanks for the quick and excellent service!!!
