I had to give this company an updated review... Two years after my first experience with them, we crossed paths again. They seem to have improved tremendously. This time the service tech called before my appointment. He asked several questions and he showed up with everything he might need to fix the problem. I was very appreciative of their professionalism and thoroughness. 2022 I too had my home warranty company send this company out for an unspecified electrical issue. They found the problem, didn't fix it and then reported to the home warranty company that the work was completed. I called them and reopened the request. The service tech was fully aware of the next steps necessary complete the service request and... the ticket was closed again without the work being completed. I don't k

I have used this service with Coby as my service man, twice. First was to install a ceiling fan which was done quickly and efficiently for a reasonable cost. The second time I had an electrical outlet that sparked and burned. Not only did they come on time for the appointment, but he took the time to explain the problem. I found the the builder had installed a cheap version of the outlet and thanks to the information I received, I made the decision to change out all the outlets to prevent any possible future danger from sparks coming from the outlet. I have used this service and referred it to 2 friends and we all had a very good experience. This is my go to electrician.

I needed 2 ceiling fans replaced. He came in to assessed what needed to be done. Brought in all of his tools at once. He was professional, quite, and quick. He also cleaned up any debris from the ceiling fan replacement. Made sure the fans were working properly asked me to assess his work. Which was excellent.

We have used Jacobi and Lee for well over 10 years. They are always responsive, show up when they say they will and do good quality work! They are fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend Palmetto Eldctric! They never disappoint!

I called my home warranty company and they sent these guys out 6 months ago. I paid them the service call fee when service was done. 6 months later these guys tell the home warranty company I didnt pay the service fees and try to recharge me. Spent an hour going back through my checking accounts to find the check which I did find! Idiots need to stop trying to rip people off!
