We contacted this company bc they are a Generac dealer and in order to keep the warranty current, we needed to to have the bi-annual service maintained. Kyle and Drayton were our service techs. They arrived on time and were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Their fees were reasonable, and we have no complaints. A big shout out to Tiffany...she ordered the tune-up kit and properly scheduled the work. This company is a licensed full-service electric contractor, FYI. Thank you and see you next time. :)

I contracted Palmetto Electric for a complete house rewire. Met with Mark, reviewed work, received a basic quote, and scheduled a time that was 4-6 weeks out for install. I called, emailed several times talking with Tiffany about confirming the time. Calls, emails, etc. not returned, and when I would catch them they would state they would get back to me. Today is the day for the home install and after no response this week I reached Tiffany who noted they are "too busy with plantation work, sorry it's can't happen until November or December." Very unprofessional, and display of a lack of integrity. Would not recommend this vendor!

This company came into our home to do electrical work. They made a huge mess and did not come back to complete the job. After two no shows and several text messages later we were given a date for completion. Surprise they did not show up again. My husband received a text message about how his "worker who is son" was offended that I questioned the mess they made. The owner of this company Mark Abbott sent several rude text messages back and forth to my husband. The next morning he sent an invoice for work that was not completed. After questioning this invoice Mark felt it necessary to call my husband and threatened him by saying.."I hope I do not see you in public and that is a threat." Then Mark texted my husband and said make sure you have your permits ready because he was sending an insp

I called on a monday they at my house on Wednesday. I didn't have any major issues a few minor issues with wiring. They were in and out very quickly. They did a great job they were also very professional. They also have very reasonable rates and if I have issues again I will definitely call them again.
