When I purchased my house, it was already under an annual inspection contract and termite bond. Adam and his team were gracious and wonderful at scheduling services and taking care of my home. When real estate clients need extermination or inspections, they have always provided top-notch service. We came home from out of town to a full-blown flea invasion, and they came out within 24 hours of our calling them, treated the property, and we were back in the house within a day. Talk about responsive service! Then, after 30 days, when we were having a (majorly reduced) flea problem, they came back out and re-treated at no cost! Talk about quality service and standing by your product! They could hardly have impressed me more! I use Palmetto for flea and termite inspection and treatment, and I'd use them for any other service I needed that they provide. Great people, honest, trustworthy, good value. What's not to love?
