Palmetto Exterminators

Hard to believe this is the same company. Service has fallen off a cliff. I've had a quarterly service scheduled with them for years. This past August, a technician came out and left my home in worse condition than he found it. Claims he removed exterior spider webs (clearly didn't). Broke up a mud dauber nest and left broken clumps of dirt all over the windowsill. Then, they send me an email asking to reply with any feedback. Did anyone reach out to me when I reply expressing my dissatisfaction? Nope. Next, I called them to cancel my service and they say I have an unpaid balance for this service. I explain again the poor service and why I will not be paying for it. They still seem to think they are owed for leaving my home in worse shape than they found it. Attempting to send me to collec

I’ve been using Palmetto for many years. Huge shoutout to David Cole! David is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He always has the best attitude, which matches the smile he keeps on his face! I truly look forward to his visits. Also, another shoutout to Devon in the office. Anytime I’ve had to call for any reason, Devon is extremely helpful and makes sure everything is taken care of. I highly recommend this company!!

We’ve always had a great experience with Palmetto Exterminators! Their quarterly treatments have helped get our palmetto bug situation under control which was a problem as soon as we bought this house (old house/lots of cracks!). Stephen was pleasant and through today and always. Thanks!

We have had Palmetto Exterminators for termite inspections and treatment for 20+ years.They have always been prompt and respectful. Two years ago we added PEST CONTROL. David Cole has done a fantastic job and always welcomed me to walk around the house and garage to point out any issues. My husband and I are pleased and have seen the roach population diminish significantly. We would highly recommend this company.

Derik Dickens was not our regular technician but he exceeded our expectations as if he was! He was professional and polite. He listened intently to my concerns and did a very thorough job. If Palmetto continues to employ technicians like Derik as well as our regular tech you have earned customers for life!!! Keep is the great work! Oh and let me not forget the office staff they are so very accommodating! Those women are the best!
