We had our initial service with Palmetto Exterminators, and Marcus was our technician. He was prompt, super friendly, and very professional — we’re very happy with our first service! Also a shout-out to Robin. I first spoke with her this past summer when I contacted Palmetto about a pest issue my current company didn’t cover. I already had a service contract elsewhere, so I let her know I would be waiting for it to end before switching. Even so, she took the time to share her knowledge and answer my questions. Since then, I’ve called a few times about future setup and expectations, and she has always been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind every time!
