Not only do they provide quality service, I'm not sure I can even say enough about how awesome Jesse was! Pest control doesn't mean killing everything for no reason, and we like to keep a healthy balance while not inviting everything inside. We had a very good conversation about the intricate things like what kind of substrate is best up against the house. I highly recommend Palmetto Exterminators based on our repeated experiences! Additionally, Jesse is a superstar tech!

David has been my service man for several years. I must say he is very knowledgeable with his work. He is courteous and always answers all of my questions. He is respectful of my property at all times . I trust him completely while servicing my home. I would say he is one of the company’s most valuable employees !

David has been a great technician! We had a few problems last year with some pests, but he was able to quickly get on top of it. He's thorough in his work, and he's always very friendly and professional.

Timothy was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. The only thing that I have an issue with it’s not with Timothy, but when Palmetto sends out the service notification, I wish they would send a timeframe when he arrives so that we can plan our day. We need him to do in our garage so we have to be home to have it open and I don’t want to sit all day waiting for him. Not a Timothy issue I believe this is a Palmetto issue thank you very much.

David is always friendly, prompt and thorough. I appreciate that he lets me know when he has arrived and provides a verbal report of the results. Because of his regular visits and good work, we have avoided pest problems. Thank you!
