Rick and his crew at Palmetto Green took great care of our recent yard project. He came for the initial quote exactly as scheduled and was honest about the timeline involved. They installed drains from our gutters which used to flood our yard, installed a privacy fence to hide our AC unit, repaired vinyl fencing and laid sod. It was a multi-stage process but the guys always showed up, got straight to work and were very efficient.

This company was hired by the homeowners association I am a part of to maintain landscaping around our units. I’ve had issues with them in the past being reckless with cutting plants down in my garden. This past August they cut the power cord to my tankless water heater. After contacted Rick he sent someone out there who patched the cord days later (see electrical tape picture). I asked that he replace the power cord because the electrical tape patch work was not a long term solution. After several attempts of reaching him he never responded. I had to replace the power cord myself since then. Just this past week they cut my electrical cord which blew a fuse in the battery it was connected to! Rick and his team have consistently proven to be rushed and reckless when working on my property.

Seriously disappointed with Palmetto Green. Phone calls not returned, gate left open, work not completed. I don't recommend them under any circumstances. Please read Rick Russell's response to my review of his company -- he's established exactly what I said: 1. He fails to take any responsibility for his errors, and, 2. He treats his customers ... well, just read what he has to say.

My neighbor hired Palmetto Green to complete some work, and while they were out, the technicians cut my internet line. I was able to get it repaired the same day, but a manager of Palmetto Green, Rick, refused to talk through the repayment process to have the work completed and hung up on me. The company provided no other means to remedy the situation or any other point of contact. Terrible customer service for their own team's mistake.

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise Palmetto Green Landscape offered. The team arrived on time each morning, cleaned up their worksite, and provided updates on the status of the drainage, patio and driveway project. We had extensive drainage work completed, and they graded the patio to improve water flow and complement future projects. Palmetto offered high quality material choices with reasonably priced upgrade options. We are very satisfied with Rick and team.
