Frankie has had to be on call on more than one occasion for plumbing issues in this older house. His work ethic is second to none. Yesterday, he spent one three hours in the cold rain working out an issue with my well and pump. I probably paid less than a "service call" would have been for a lot of companies. He will also answer questions and try to steer you in the right direction to save you $$$. He was willing to come out late on Friday night to do the call, but I did tell him that it could wait until the morning. He is reasonable, does good work, and will not leave until it's done. I will be calling again when the next issue arises .

I waited over a month to write this in hopes they would fix their mess ups but they never did. 🚨Don't walk RUN away from this business! 🚨We called them for a busted well pipe and they fixed it and all was fine. The next day another pipe busted, the Dad ghosted us and the son showed up late at night and installed something on our pipe that made us lose complete water pressure. They never came back. We had to hire another plumber to come out and take off the valve he installed to get our water back. Turns out when the son installed this valve he elongated all of our piping in the well house so when we went to put the well house back over the weld pump it would no longer fit! My husband and I woke up this am to our water tank spraying everywhere. I didn't know who to call and took a chance on Palmetto Handyman Services. I am so glad I did! Frankie was able to come out and install our new tank the same day and save the day. He is extremely friendly, and professional.
