Ugh, I can't believe I even have to write this. You can NEVER get a call back from this company. I asked them to check and tune up my unit over three weeks ago. After leaving a third voicemail, Tracey finally called back, saying she was swamped and would update me next week. But she never called, and I left one last voicemail... nothing. Now I have to find someone else. I know units break, especially with this heat, but we matter too. Hey, owner: If you're that busy, hire more HVAC techs, and for crying out loud, help Tracey out! She deserves better

My old furnace failed the week before Christmas. The office contact, Tracie was awesome. The communication was great. She kept me informed. David was efficient and professional. They were able to replace my old unit in a couple of days. The installation team was professional and got me up and running in no time. I am very impressed! The entire experience was great. Great communication, amazing customer service and a good price!

Great experience with Palmetto Heating and Air. Our heat is out, and we got a diagnostic from another company. The part they said we needed wouldn't be in for a while, so we called around to see if anyone could help us get our heat on sooner. The woman who answered the phone at Palmetto was SO helpful and kind. David came out to look at our furnace the same day, and let us know our issue was something entirely different from what the first company said. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Will definitely call them again if we have further issues.

This company is what all businesses should strive to be. David was awesome to work with and Tracie in the office helped with financing and making sure we got the best rebates available to us. The technicians who installed our equipment were awesome as well. I really can't say enough great things about this wonderful business.
