Palmetto Overhead Door

I am the General Manager for a large corporation with a local branch that endeavored to do business with Palmetto. After speaking to Dan who came out 2 days later than he promised to do an estimate, I will never do business with this company. Dan was rude and belligerent, spoke condescendingly to me, and tried to charge me for things that were not even going to be done. (Me calling him out on that, albeit politely and nonconfrontationally, was what set this sociopath's temper into motion.) I'm a nice guy with a mild temper, but I think I would have wrapped my hands around Dan's neck if this conversation had taken place in person. Unbelievable lack of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service.

Garrett fixed my stuck shut garage door the same morning. It works great now and the repair was very reasonable.
