Mike in customer service was awesome. I'm not a plumber but needed help finding a part for a boutique brand, and he was friendly and patient in answering my questions.

I've recently had to learn as I go with plumbing repair work on some old buildings. I've interacted with 3 or 4 of the guys that work at Palmetto Parts, and they've all been patient and helpful. I've literally just brought in a old broken part and asked, "what do I need to replace this." Really glad to have this resource in Myrtle. Another note, they ALWAYS have plenty of people working so you don't have to wait on help!

I was there this morning to match up a Delta tub faucet cartridge. Tha nice lady had it! No one else did. I wish I knew her name. This place is alesome!!
