We had our hot water tank replaced after 13 years. Palmetto did the first installation and we were very pleased! We called and scheduled our replacement appointment again! Bill and Doug did a great job removing the old tank and installing the new one. I would recommend this company to anyone… I’ve already let our friends know about our service!

I said a five-star review for these guys a few years ago and now that I've used them again, I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and knowledge. Honestly, they're the type of guys I would choose as friends. You'll even see in one of the photos, below, how Doug took the time to explain to me the exact cover I needed to buy, so that it would match my InSinkErator. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bill and Doug were awesome yesterday. We discovered our hot water tank went at around 1:30p. A quick phone call and they were at my door by 2:30pm. As luck would have it, they were able to get a new hot water tank and install it this afternoon. By 5pm, they were done and on their way. We have used Palmetto Plumbing for various projects over the years. They are always fair, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend this local business.

Bill and Doug- friendly - professional - honest - fair - and affordable. Installed new water heater a few months ago. Just had them remodel and install new bathroom shower. We love it! Very dependable- always on time. I Recommend them highly.

Used Palmetto Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet and look at several issues. They actually dissuaded me from some work I thought I wanted and thoroughly explained why they wouldn't recommend what I wanted to do. They fixed everything else at a very reasonable price. Peak honesty and professionalism. They are now my go-to plumber.
