I called them late in the evening, and they were responsive and professional from the start. The crew arrived right on time the next morning with all the right equipment. You can tell these guys are pros—they navigated a very tight space between my house and the neighbor's fence without a single scratch to the property. They didn't just cut the limb; they thinned out the canopy to prevent future issues and did a fantastic job cleaning up all the sawdust and debris before leaving. I highly recommend Palmetto Tree Service! Robert was so easy to work with and was prompt with his estimate. His crew was fast and efficient. They did an amazing job removing trees, grinding stumps, and trimming tall palm trees.

We had called several companies for estimates but the care and detail we received from Robert at Palmetto truly stood out for us. We had several Live Oaks in need of pruning. They are a focal point of our yard and the health of these trees was of utmost importance. The team at Palmetto did a wonderful job and exceed all expectations. Having a certified arborist was a big selling point. We just wish we would have found them first and not had the run around with other companies. We got a quote from Palmetto about pruning 3 trees and cutting one down. They called us back and suggested that we could just prune the three trees only. We accepted this offer and made an appointment. The day before the appointment they called to say their truck broke. This was on Thursday. We just called back to reschedule the appointment. Now they are saying the price for the three trees was contingent on the other tree being cut down. They were the ones to suggest only doing the 3 trees first. But now they won't do it.

Palmetto Tree Service, LLC was fabulous!! The crew were experienced, hard-working, fast, and completely knew what they were doing. The clean-up was great, and the price was reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone wanting tree service.
